I would like to introduce you to Tika (tee-ka), our new addition to Jennings Towers. His official name is “Tikaani”, meaning “wolf” (Inuit).
We set off early this morning to Bredwardine in Herefordshire, which in the end turned out be a thirteen-hour round trip. He is an 8 week old blue merle border collie, and his mum and dad are working sheep dogs. He came from a litter of only two, hence the chunkiness. After many stops we finally arrived home, where Tika met Emily for a stroke and tickle on our lawn. As you can imagine, we have a tough few weeks ahead to get him to settle in his new environment, but it’ll be worth it in the end.
