Not exactly in its ideal habitat or season, but this was a test pitch of our new tent, the Hilleberg Allak 3 Limited, at Chapel House Farm in Borrowdale. Only 100 of this limited edition run of the Allak 3 exist in the world, so we feel very fortunate to have one here in the Lake District, where it will soon be appearing on the summits of the Lakeland Fells. We wanted a strong family tent for mainly winter summit camping that includes two spacious vestibules, so that’s why we chose the Allak 3. We then came across this purple version which we fell in love with straight away.
