Today we decided to take the family to Gasgale Gill for a splash about and to test out our new aqua shoes. It was our first time climbing the main waterfall and we discovered a deep infinity pool at the top. We also used this opportunity to leave some sweets at the footbridge over the River Liza, for Sharon and Stevie who are on Day 4 of the Lakeland Way. This was going to be one of their tougher days, so we thought these treats would be a welcomed boost to get them up to Coledale Hause.
