Allen Crags mountain camp with the Hilleberg Allak 3 Limited. Not ideal weather to be heading out with such a superior tent, but we wanted to test it for weight, space, and general usability before it’s put away for the summer. I have to say, we’re very pleased with it.
It’s incredibly easy to pitch, and there’s loads of space for two adults, a dog, and all our gear. Having two large vestibules is also very handy — especially when you have a dog. As for the colour, it looks very snazzy from the inside, but on the outside it isn’t too bright, which is exactly what we wanted.
