A few photos from our wild camp on Pillar on Friday night. This was Tika’s first time in a tent, and after initially being reluctant to go in, he soon settled and hardly moved all night. In all, it was a pleasure to have this time with him on the fells, especially seeing him exploring the higher ground and getting used to some scrambles. He is showing signs of being a great mountain dog.
Our route was: Brackenclose > Wasdale Head > Mosedale > Black Sail Pass > Looking Stead > Pillar > Wind Gap > Scoat Fell > Red Pike > Dore Head > Overbeck Bridge > Brackenclose
